Proof of purchase from AERONTHALIX is required for all returns.
Digital products or services are not eligible for a refund.

Downloadable software products

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
